Gigi Bodwin, CFEI, FRC
Gigi Bodwin, president and founder of Bodwin Financial Solutions, has helped federal employees understand their benefits, explore options to potentially optimize the value of their benefits, plan for retirement and organize income planning and IRA distributions since 2012.
Gigi is a Regional Federal Retirement Consultant and holds a Certified Financial Education Instructor designation which brings a wealth of retirement knowledge to her clients.
With experience in federal retirement planning, Gigi customizes planning and solutions to your specific needs. As part of the planning process, she works with you on an ongoing basis to track your progress and to help ensure that your retirement income strategy is meeting your needs.
Gigi also is available to speak to groups of federal employees. She offers a variety of interactive presentations to help federal workers maximize their earnings in the federal benefit system.
The primary reason Gigi works as an educator and independent retirement planning specialist is to have the freedom and ability to focus solely on Federal employee relationships without any potential conflicts of interest. That is the Fiduciary standard she follows in helping you.

Nikia Hudson
Nikia Hudson started her career in the insurance field in 2005, she has had an illustrious career with some of the top insurance firms in the country such as Allstate and StateFarm. After thriving in the industry, she then courageously ventured out into the world of self-employment. Once there, she began as a mortgage protection agent and gained a large amount of experience and knowledge in the life insurance industry. Nikia, then, appeared to have found her niche in providing services to the federal-employment sector. During this time, Nikia found and established a passionate drive for educating federal employees on their benefits and pension by offering individual reviews along with workshops. Individual reviews allow her to meet with client one on one and come up with creative strategies to help them reach their financial goals and show ways to improve their way of living before and after retirement.
Nikia has become an expert in applying her knowledge of federal employee benefits to help guide and teach others to become more financially literate and be able to make sound and educated decisions on their financial future.

Samierra Jones
Samierra Jones has been with Bodwin Financial Solutions, Inc. since its inception in 2018. Initially coming onboard as an Administrative Assistant, she quickly admired how Gigi Bodwin, BFS’s President, was able to serve so many Federal Employees and their families. She worked and trained with the best Benefit Specialists that have been in this field for over 30 years as well as served in the military and other Federal positions.
She’s currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from University College Global Campus and was the founder of one of Baltimore City’s biggest grassroot campaigns, Operation Heat, in 2018. Raising over $80,000 in under a week and serving hundreds of students and families, she’s ambitious in being a servant in society. That ambition mixed with her strengths led to her to pursue a career as a Federal Benefit and Retirement Specialist.
Samierra’s strength lies in strategy and futurism. Those traits make her the perfect Benefit and Retirement Specialist because she has the natural ability to see and understand what you have envisioned for your retirement, future, and family’s future and implement a strategy that will bring those visions to fruition.
